What if Perimenopause Became Easier?
Uncover an effective approach to naturally reset and restore your health during the Peri to Menopause transition.
What is Perimenopause?
Perimenopause is the natural transition time before menopause occurs, and it can last anywhere from a few months, to a few years – and even up to a decade. So even if you donât actually go through menopause until youâre in your 50s, you may already be feeling the early signs of this hormonal shift in your 40s. Maybe as early as your late 30s.
Many women are unsure if they are going through perimenopause since many of the early signs might feel subtle, and can often be unexpected. We get it. Not everyone is ‘ready’ for this shift. Especially if you’re in your 30s or 40s; a new mom, or even if you are trying to get pregnant – ‘perimenopause’ may just be the last word you want to hear right now.
A unique set of symptoms
Because everyone is different and there are so many factors that determine a womanâs state of health – YOUR perimenopause may not look like your best friendâs perimenopause, your sisterâs or even your momâs.
So what may appear to be an easy transition for some women, can be a devastating time of life for others. Changing hormone levels can make a woman feel that she no longer knows what her body is doing. The things that used to work are no longer working.
It’s not just about hot flashes
There are common symptoms that show up for some women, but may not show up for others.
While we all know âhot flashesâ are a typical sign of perimenopause, there are actually more than 40 common symptoms linked to this transition period – and some of them are not that obvious!

Looking for answers
This can be confusing – especially if your medical provider does not acknowledge what is REALLY happening. Often, the only option may be medication to deal with 1-2 of the symptoms, with not much else to suggest. They may even suggest you are ‘too young’ for it to be perimenopause.
Whatâs worse, brain fog and fatigue can sometimes make it harder to ADVOCATE for yourself and get the proper help.
Your needs may change
Perhaps what was working for a few months may suddenly stop working for you, as perimenopause also naturally shifts through various stages and needs a highly customized approach.
This can be frustrating if youâre getting general tips based on someone elseâs experience, but that same solution is not working for you.

Welcome to an Easier Perimenopause
What if you didnât have to google each symptom or second guess what might work out? What if you no longer had to waste time and money on a bunch of different stuff and hope something finally clicked?
What if you could manage your symptoms – and get lasting relief – without prescription hormone medications, highly restrictive diets, or random herbs that someone listed on the internet?
A Different Perspective on Women’s Health.
In Chinese Medicine, perimenopause and menopause are not treated as a disease, or a collection of “symptoms to fixâ. This period is recognized as a major shift forward in a womanâs life, but it’s entirely possible for it to be a smooth transition.
Health means balance.
Simply put: if there are annoying perimenopause symptoms, that means the body is out of balance (and maybe it has been for a while). Chinese Medicine sees these symptoms as interrelated, falling into recognizable patterns that can be realigned to bring the whole body back into a healthy balance.
So you feel better, quickly.
