  • DIRECT BILLING: If you’d like us to do direct billing with your insurer, please let us know in advance of your first appointment. Additional forms may be required.
  • CANCELLATIONS: 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations to avoid being charged for the cost of the appointment.

Your initial visit includes a consultation and assessment as well as the first Arvigo® Therapy and acupuncture treatment. Self care massage is also discussed (90 mins)

Frequently Asked Questions

Wear comfortable clothing that can easily be rolled up (ie. loose pant legs, short sleeve shirt or tank top). If you do need to undress we have extra sheets so you are properly draped and securely covered.

Unfortunately acupuncture is not covered by OHIP (except in the very rare case when it is being provided by an MD).

It is advisable to have a small meal a while before your treatment, to avoid coming in on an empty stomach. Please try to avoid having caffeine before your treatment as it may affect the results for some patients.

We offer cupping therapy as a part of our acupuncture services, it is not a treatment that can be booked on its own. If you would like to experience cupping, please book in for a full acupuncture session.
