  • NEW PATIENTS: Please plan to book your first 3 appointments in advance to confirm your preferred day and time.
  • PAYMENT: Payment is due at time of treatment. Debit, credit cards, and cash are accepted in addition to direct billing to insurance.
  • CANCELLATIONS: 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations to avoid being charged for the cost of the appointment. If canceling with less than 24 hours notice, a $25 late-cancel fee will apply. If no notice is given, the full cost of missed appointment will apply.

We offer online booking. If you prefer to speak with us to book your appointment, please call the office directly at (289) 271-0711.

Services and Treatment Rates

A Registered Acupuncturist provides all acupuncture treatments and a receipt will be provided at the time of payment. There is no tax applicable to acupuncture services.

Has it been 2 or more years since your last appointment? Please book in as a New Patient appointment in order to have the extra time for health review.

Acupuncture

1st visit acupuncture treatment · $130 ($135 as of 1 March)

(NEW PATIENT) Your initial visit includes a consultation as well as the first acupuncture treatment. 75 minutes

Follow-up ACUPUNCTURE TREATMENT · $100 ($105 as of 1 March)

For existing patients who have had an initial appointment. 60 minutes

1st visit fertility focused ACUPUNCTURE TREATMENT · $130 ($135 as of 1 March)

(NEW PATIENT) Your initial visit includes a fertility-focused consultation as well as the first acupuncture treatment. 75 minutes

Follow-up FERTILITY FOCUSED ACUPUNCTURE TREATMENT · $85 ($90 as of 1 March)

For existing patients who have had an initial appointment and established a fertility treatment plan. 45 minutes

Arvigo® Therapy & Acupuncture

1st visit arvigo therapy + ACUPUNCTURE · $165

(NEW PATIENT) Your initial visit includes a consultation and the first Arvigo® Therapy and acupuncture treatment. Self-care massage is also discussed. 90 minutes

follow-up FOR arvigo® Therapy + acupuncture · $130

For existing patients who have had an initial Arvigo® Therapy & Acupuncture appointment. 75 minutes

Face & Body Acupuncture

1st VISIT face & body acupuncture · $130 ($135 as of 1 March)

(NEW PATIENT) Your facial acupuncture visit includes face and body acupuncture. The initial visit includes an assessment as well as your first treatment. 75 minutes

follow-up for face & body acupuncture · $125

For existing patients who have had an initial Face & Body Acupuncture appointment. 60 minutes

Direct Billing for Registered Acupuncturist Services

Enjoy your treatments knowing you’ll be paying less out of pocket. Many extended health plans cover acupuncture treatments with a Registered Acupuncturist. We’re happy to offer direct billing when it is applicable.

Please be sure to confirm coverage with your insurer before making your first appointment. 

Providers and Platforms

AcuNiagara Clinic offers direct billing via TELUS Health eClaims, Provider Connect, and Sun Life eClaims. Supported insurance providers include major companies like Canada Life, Sun Life, Manulife, GroupSource, Green Shield, Blue Cross and more. 

Setting up Direct Billing

Inform the practitioner of your intention to use direct billing before the appointment. Additional paperwork will be required the first time we do direct billing on your behalf. Some insurance policies may not allow direct claims, or only have partial coverage – so check with your insurer beforehand.

Partial Coverage

You are responsible for paying any remaining balance on the day of treatment. If claims require additional time or documents, you may need to pay the clinic upfront, with reimbursement following claim processing.
