Arvigo® Abdominal Therapy

What is Arvigo® Therapy?

Arvigo® Therapy is an external, non-invasive massage for the abdomen and lower back areas. Also known as the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy®, it is an effective therapy to support reproductive and digestive health.

It gently stimulates circulation of lymph, nerve and fresh blood flow to the reproductive and digestive organ systems.

Benefits of Arvigo® Therapy

Boost abdominal circulation

This gentle therapy helps to realign the healthy flow of fresh blood, lymph and energy in the abdominal area.

For women with a uterus, the focus is on regaining homeostasis by encouraging the uterus into its most central position.

Release physical and emotional tension

The abdomen is an area that is generally ignored in massage, but often serves as a reservoir of tension and stress for the rest of the body.

Massage can help you release breath holding patterns and improve the flow of energy throughout the body.

Learn Self Care strategies

Self massage and home care suggestions are a key part of the Arvigo approach. It can help to sustain good circulation initiated by professional treatments.

You’ll also feel more in control of your well being and connected to the treatment process.

What can Arvigo® Therapy help you with?

It can help a wide range of digestive and reproductive health issues. Based on traditional Mayan Medicine, sharing the holistic approach of Traditional East Asian medicine.

Including, but not limited to:

  • Painful periods, PMS symptoms, endometriosis symptoms, ovarian cysts, uterine fibroids
  • Fertility challenges, preparing to conceive, IVF support
