Is direct billing available?
Yes, we offer direct billing with most extended health insurance providers. Please check with your insurance company if you have coverage for treatment by a Registered Acupuncturist. If requesting direct billing, please notify us before your first appointment.
Where should I park?
There is a large outdoor parking lot at the Morrison Medical Building, with free parking for patients of the clinic. Ask for your parking voucher at end of the appointment.
What payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards and cash. A receipt will be emailed to you after payment is received. It will show clinic information and your Registered Acupuncturist’s license number on it.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your scheduled appointment time has been set aside exclusively for you. If you must cancel please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $25 cancellation penalty. “No-shows” with zero notice will incur the full cost of missed appointment.
Do you offer RMT Massage?
All treatments are provided by and billed for as Registered Acupuncturist services. At this time we do not have RMT services at AcuNiagara.
Do you have other locations?
AcuNiagara currently has one location in Niagara.
